Erika Seiber is a Press Officer and Climate Disinformation Spokesperson at Friends of the Earth. She collaborates with campaigners on issues ranging from false climate solutions to port electrification, providing media cultivation support and messaging strategy. In addition, she supports campaign efforts for FOE’s Climate Disinformation Program. Erika was a former Communications Associate, and managed daily engagement with donors as a Membership Associate at Environmental Defense Fund. Before entering the environmental space, she supported advocacy and development efforts at Win Without War. While working as a Development and Outreach Assistant at her hometown’s local NPR station, Erika earned a Bachelor’s in Disasters, Displacements, and Human Rights at the University of Tennessee, and recently earned her Master’s from American University in Washington D.C. In her spare time, she teaches yoga part-time and eagerly awaits her next SoulCycle class.
