Brit is a Senior Multimedia Designer at Friends of the Earth where she creates video and graphic content for social media, websites, and print. Brit was previously a designer at The New York Times before switching gears to freelance and travel the U.S. by bicycle. On this journey, she raised funds for and volunteered with affordable housing organizations like Habitat for Humanity and worked on organic farms through WWOOF. She then landed in Boulder, CO and served as an Americorps member with the I Have a Dream Foundation before starting a creative studio specialized in non-profit, progressive politics and purpose-driven business. Brit holds a BFA in Graphic Design from SUNY Purchase College. When she’s not designing things, Brit enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, rock climbing, snowboarding and thrifting.
