Krystal works as the Senior HR Generalist at Friends of the Earth as part of the Human Resource team. She focuses on benefits management, leave administration, HR compliance, and compensation. Krystal as over 15 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations to improve processes that set up teams and organizations for success. She previously worked as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Krystal is a Society Human Resource Management Certified Professional and earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources. Krystal currently resides in Fresno, California. She loves spending time at the beach with her husband and three children whenever possible. She enjoys reading, swimming, and baking.
